Couple of things you should keep in mind. Zeroes at before the whole number e.g. 09 is equal to the whole number, and zeroes at the end of decimal number e.g. .9000 = .9, does not change the number at all. Putting it together, if you see a number such as 009.90000, you can discard the zeroes at the front and at the end, so the number becomes 9.9
