Couple of things you should keep in mind. Zeroes at before the whole number e.g. 09 is equal to the whole number,
and zeroes at the end of decimal number e.g. .9000 = .9, does not change the number at all. Putting it together, if you see
a number such as 009.90000, you can discard the zeroes at the front and at the end, so the number becomes 9.9
Line up the decimal points (of all numbers) on the place value chart as shown below and follow this technique to compare the decimal numbers.
We can use this method to see which decimals number is bigger (we've already setup the place value chart):
1. Fill in the empty rectangles with zeros (If you can spot any empty ones).
2. Compare using the first column on the left.
3. If the digits are equal move to the next column to the right until one number wins.
4. Repeat step 2 and 3 until all numbers are sorted.
